1. Who we are
JobSiftO is operated by Gokul Dev, a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia. We run an automated job search and delivery service targeting international students and visa holders in Australia.

2. What the service does
JobSiftO searches publicly listed job boards (including SEEK, Adzuna, CouncilJobs, and GradConnection) based on your registered preferences, filters results for visa eligibility, and delivers a report to your email on a schedule you choose.
The service also includes:
- AI-based relevance scoring to reduce irrelevant results
- Visa work rights classification (displayed as informational only)
- Optional Telegram bot for manual on-demand searches
- A 14-day free trial with access to paid features on registration
3. Your account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
You must be 16 years of age or older to use the service. By registering, you confirm that you are.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that provide false information, abuse the service, or violate these terms.
4. Free plan and paid plans
The free plan is available indefinitely and includes weekly job reports, up to two job titles, and one location. The free plan may have limitations on the number of searches per day.
Paid plans are available for additional features including more titles, more locations, and daily delivery. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change for new subscribers with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers on a founding rate will not have their rate changed without explicit consent.
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial of paid features. No credit card is required to register. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the free plan automatically.
5. No employment guarantee
JobSiftO is a job discovery tool, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that any job in your report is still open, accurate, or suitable for your visa type. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf.
Visa work rights classifications shown in reports are informational estimates only and should not be treated as legal or immigration advice. Always verify directly with the employer and consult a registered migration agent for visa-specific questions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for commercial redistribution of job listings without our permission
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Use automated tools to abuse the registration or search system
- Misrepresent your identity or visa status
- Use the service in any way that damages, disables, or impairs our systems
7. Third-party job boards
Job listings in your reports are sourced from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of those listings. Clicking a job link takes you to the third-party platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not have an affiliate or commercial relationship with SEEK, Adzuna, CouncilJobs, or GradConnection. We access publicly available data only.
8. Intellectual property
The JobSiftO name, logo, website design, and software are the property of Gokul Dev. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our interface or brand without written permission.
Job listing content is owned by the original poster and the respective platforms. We display it under fair use for informational purposes.
9. Data and privacy
How we collect, store, and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using JobSiftO, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@jobsifto.com.au.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, JobSiftO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Job listings that are expired, inaccurate, or no longer available
- Missed reports due to email delivery failures outside our control
- Any employment outcome or lack thereof resulting from using the service
- Loss of data due to circumstances outside our reasonable control
Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Free plan users have no claim to financial compensation.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by emailing us to request account deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days of the request.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms. For paid subscribers, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused period if we terminate without cause.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
